ELS KIT Equipment Locking System (ELS) Kit = ELS Kit includes (2) ELS 34 Locking Forks and (2) ELS 35 Receiver Plates. The ELS Kit features the ELS 34 Locking Fork and the ELS 35 Receiver Plate. These models can be used for the quick attachment and detachment of any of Safariland’s Tactical Accessories. Each ELS Kit includes (2) ELS 34 Locking Forks and (2) ELS 35 Receiver Plates. Assembling & Using The Safariland 032 ELS Competition Belt System ELS 34 = Locking Fork ELS 35 = Receiver Plate Attach ELS Receiver Plates at desired position on belt and hand tighten. Plates can be secured at 4 different angles: • 0° (Completely vertical) • 30° • 60° • 90° (Completely horizontal) ELS 35 Reciever Plates attached to the pre-cut holes in the Model 032 belt
