Customer satisfaction is our focus at DavesUniforms.com. We want you to be satisfied with your order and we appreciate your business; however in the event of an error, we have established this return policy for your convenience.
POLICY
- Any non-customized items in original condition and packaging (with tags still attached) may be exchanged or returned with in 14 days of receipt.
- Postage, Shipping & Handling are not refundable.
- Please note that prices are subject to change without notification.
- Returns without Authorization Number will not be accepted or refunded.
- Check Return Fee: $25.00 per return.
PROCEDURE
- Call Customer Service at (623)293-6218 for a Return Authorization Number before sending returns back.
- Returns without Authorization Number will not be accepted or refunded.
- Provide a brief description of item(s) to be returned.
- Tell us how you would prefer that we contact you. ( Phone, E-Mail, Etc. )
