Assembling & Using The Safariland 032 ELS Competition Belt System: The QR#34 ELS Fork is attached to Magazine Pouches and then they slide into the QR #35 ELS PLATE to secure. NOTE: Not for duty gear. Only use for recreational use ELS 34 = Locking Fork ELS 35 = Receiver Plate Attach ELS Receiver Plates at desired position on belt and hand tighten.
